FastlyTV provides IPTV subscriptions and reseller panels. We do not own, control, or host any content. Our responsibility is limited to activating your subscription for the agreed period.

By using our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you should not proceed with any purchase.

2. IPTV Subscription & Usage

• Your subscription will be activated within 1 business day after payment.

• A screenshot of the expiration date will be sent to your email.

• 1 subscription = 1 connection. Using multiple devices at once will result in permanent termination.

• Server maintenance may happen at any time, and occasional buffering is normal.

• Channels and VOD content may change without prior notice.

We do not guarantee specific channels or uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for ISP blocks, VPN issues, or customer-side connectivity problems.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• The account does not work upon activation, and our support team cannot fix it.

• No refunds for:

  • ISP blocks, VPN restrictions, or slow internet speeds.

  • Accidental purchases or wrong device compatibility.

  • Service changes such as removed channels or temporary outages.

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of activation.

4. Service Cancellation & Expiry

• Your subscription will automatically expire at the end of the paid period.

• No need to request cancellation.

5. Payments & Security

• We accept PayPal, Bitcoin, and secure payment gateways.

• Credit/debit cards must support 3D Authentication.

• We are not responsible for failed transactions due to bank restrictions.

6. Reseller Terms

• We provide reseller panel activation only.

• We do not offer technical support for reseller panel issues.

• Reseller credits are non-refundable.

7. Account Security & Fair Use

• You must be 18+ to use our service.

• Account sharing or unauthorized access will result in account termination.

• Any attempts to bypass security measures will lead to a permanent ban.

• FastlyTV does not host or own any content.
